Terms: Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. Confirmations are e-mailed after receipt of registration.
   
No Shows: If you are unable to attend the conference after registering, call or write us at least 14 calendar days before the start of the program. Please note: registration confirmation or written authorization is required to send another person in your place. There are no refunds.

Meals: Ticketed luncheons will be available for purchase and provide participants with a choice of regular, vegetarian or kosher food.
   
Travel Arrangements: Participants must make their own travel arrangements.
   
Air Transportation: The Albany International Airport serves the Albany area. For additional information on airlines and airfares, please your travel agent.
   
Ground Transportation: The Crowne Plaza offers complimentary shuttle service to the and from the Albany International Airport and the Rensselaer Train Station from 7:00 a.m. until 11 p.m. Information for taxicabs and shuttle service is located in the baggage claim area of the airport. Rental cars are also available at the airport.
   
Special Services: National Urban Alliance is committed to addressing the special needs of individuals at our conferences. If you have a special request that may interfere with your ability to fully participate in the sessions, let us know when registering so that we can accommodate your request.
   
Graduate Credit: Graduate credit is available for an additional fee. CPU, CEU and CPDU credit is also available. Participants will receive a certificate of completion. Please see our conference website, www.Believetoachieve.org for a syllabus.
   
Book Store: The Bookstore will be open each day and will feature books written and/or recommended by session presenters.
   
Pre-Conferences: March 27th will feature pre-conference sessions and school visits. Further information will be available on the website.
