Payment can be made by credit card, check or school/organization purchase order. Payment must be received prior to the start of the conference.
Every registrant must submit an individual registration form.
There will be no refunds of payments made for registration or ticketed luncheons. However, substitutions for registrants who cannot attend will be accepted.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
There is a $25 discount for all regular and early-bird registration fees made on-line. The discount reduces the fees to $495 (regular entire conference fee), $450 (early-bird entire conference fee), $250 (regular one day conference fee) and $225 (early-bird one day conference fee).
On-line registrations may be paid by credit card, or by check payable to Mediated Outcomes, Inc. and mailed to the conference planners, LJF Educational Resources, or by purchase order made out to Mediated Outcomes, Inc., mailed to LJF Educational Resources.
